Global Leadership Opportunities Beyond Education, GLOBE, is a multi-faceted program for 4-H members in grades 7-11. GLOBE prepares 4-H youth to step out of their comfort zone and see the world from a different perspective. GLOBE is a year-long program where youth participate in two educational programs, held November 11-13, 2022, and January 14, 2023, and four online webinars. Participants are required to make two educational presentations and to provide leadership for a service-learning project in their community. GLOBE's final activity, a week-long immersive program in Costa Rica June 25-July 1, 2023, brings it all together for those that have completed all of the previously mentioned components.
