Fall Heifer tags for majors and county are now available for purchase. The form below and full payment are due to the Extension office by September 10th @ 12pm.
Cost is $20 per tag and must be paid and submitted to the office by September 10th. Exact cash or check is accepted for payment. We do not have change on hand.
You may submit the form and payment in person to the Extension Office during the hours below or by dropping it off in the black locked box by the front door.
If you choose to mail the form and payment, it is your responsibility to make sure the mail arrives before the due date.
