Another new 4-H year is here! We made it through a couple of tough years. Together and with team work, we can make it through this year. As a staff, we just want to reiterate a few items that have been brought up…
1) The Friday blog is our line of communication to you. We take the email addresses from 4-H Online and send the blog email to those addresses. Because of that, the address put in 4-H is vital to the success of the communication. Put the address where you want the information to go. In the case of blended families or forgetful spouses, you can EMAIL any of us another email address and we can add to our address list.
2) Occasionally, and when there is time specific information, we will email club managers and ask them to disseminate the information to their club members. They can choose to share that information in whatever format they decide.
3) Deadlines are firm. If you miss a deadline, you can call and ask if there is anything we can do, but without extenuating circumstances, the answer will be no. So watch the blog for deadlines.
4) 4-H council is for the club president and 2 other delegates the club chooses. The council makes decisions for the entire county. It is the council delegate’s duty to share the information they learn at the council meeting with the rest of the club members. So make sure your council members are there and you ask them questions. They are your form of communication with information back to the clubs.
5) Where can I find
