2020-2021 Eligibility information

As we get ready to start the new 4-H year make sure to review the declaration of eligibility instructions attached. There are a few updates to the instructions this year.
The eligibility form is not yet available on the New 4-H Online but we will update you once it is available there. Please make sure to use this form this year and DO NOT share with others. You must download the form from 4-H Online. That’s how we verify 4-H members are the only people with access. If you have any questions let us know!
