4-H Virtual Volunteer Conversations

4-H Virtual Volunteer Conversations – April 27 @ 6:00 pm CST

Please join your fellow 4-H volunteers for the “4-H Virtual Volunteer Conversations!” What is it?? A meeting for leaders to share ideas, build regional and national connections, and learn from other volunteers throughout the country.  April’s topic will be Program Communication Strategies. Come to hear what other volunteers across the Southern Region are doing and even share any success stories of your own! And then mark your calendars for the upcoming sessions on July 27, and November 30. This program is open to all 4-H volunteers and professionals. Questions? Club Meeting Attendance Requirements

Prior to attending any in person 4-H meetings meetings/practices a COVID 19-Screening Form must be completed, signed (must be a live signature) and turned into the adult in charge. This form must be completed for every in person event. Please watch for information from club managers and coaches for their process for collecting these forms. 

For virtual meetings you will receive a form from the volunteer in charge that will need to be signed (must be a live signature) prior to attending any virtual meetings.

 
 

 

4-H Adult Volunteer

When registering as an adult volunteer on the new 4-H online registration, your registration may be incomplete due to either a missing consent form for your background check and/or training videos. Please login to your family account and click on member list. Here you will see a list of your family members and programs. Under programs look for "Screening Submitted" and "Continue Trainings" if either is blue click on the link to complete the step. See image below.

If you host a project group or coach any 4-H teams, we have created a special page on our website for you to get up to date information on holding meetings/practices. Please visit the link below to review the COVID-19 related guidelines for in person and virtual meetings. If you choose to host a project group or coach a team, you must complete the required forms (coming soon) before holding any meetings/practices.
