The Archery Project leaders will start their 6-week archery practice next Wednesday March 22, located at 325 Resource Drive (Extension Office) New Braunfels, Texas behind the hog barn in the grassy area. Bows are not required but if you want to bring your own bow (with arrows) you can shoot it after coach inspection. There are no limitations on the number of Archers that are allowed so please come out and join our practice to improve your archer skills. Pay attention to the weather and dress appropriately. All shooters must have on closed-toe shoes, no exceptions. Shorts or long pants are allowed, however, if you wear shorts, please bring some bug spray for your legs, etc. A water bottle or water container for the archers is highly recommended, even in cold temperatures.
We will have a county-wide archery tournament early in the summer (date to be determined). Practice is highly encouraged prior to entry.
