The National 4-H Volunteer Conference hosted by the 4-H Volunteer Conference of the Southern States is an EXCELLENT opportunity for 4-H volunteers to gain knowledge and sharpen their skills in working with 4-H members.
Two important items to note:
1. Mark your calendars for September 28- October 1, 2023 for the National 4-H Volunteer Conference! Visit the world’s largest 4-H center, enjoy great sessions, meet new people, have fun, and bring home some great ideas to implement with your 4-H clubs and project groups. There is also a virtual option if you can’t physically make it there.

Registration opens June 1
2. Consider teaching a workshop! (On-site and virtual options available)
-The Texas 4-H program will offer to pay the conference registration fee if you teach a workshop on-site!! This offer will be provided for up to 3 agents/volunteers. Travel expenses will be the responsibility of the individual.
-Priority deadline for workshop submissions is May 15, but workshops will continue to be accepted until all workshop slots are filled – sometimes as late as August or September.
