The Special Awards Application (link below) is due by no later than May 15, 2023 at the Dance Committee Meeting. You may also bring it in the office beforehand if you would like.
These awards include the following:
Alumni Award – The Alumni Award is given to a former 4-H’er who has exhibited special assistance to the local 4-H program, as well as being an exemplary leader and citizen.
Honorary 4-H Member Award – The Honorary 4-H Member Award is given to a person who has served 4-H with loyalty, enthusiasm, leadership, and support beyond normal expectations.
Friend of 4-H Award – The Friend of 4-H Award is given to an individual outside the 4-H organization who has made a very special contribution to the 4-H program through his or her time, influence, or special support.
Meritorious Service Award – The Meritorious Service Award is presented to a business or organization which has given outstanding support to 4-H.
